Customized products are unique and/or made to order, all sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed outside of manufacturing defect.
Squadra warrants its products to be free from material defects or workmanship issues for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original owner and does not extend to any third parties. To start a warranty claim, please contact us. Original proof of purchase is required. If you have a return or exchange issue, please see our return & exchange policy.
We are unable to process warranty returns without a copy of the original Proof of Purchase showing the product is within the warranty time-frame and that you are the original purchaser.
If the product was purchased directly from Squadra, please contact Squadra Customer Service. A Squadra Service Rep will happily provide you with an RMA # for you to submit your product for warranty inspection. After receiving an RMA # from Squadra, please ship all warranty returns to:

If you send in your warranty return without contacting Squadra Customer Service, we will be unable to process your warranty return request. Exact product replacement depends on inventory availability.
If your Squadra product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered products are covered under our warranty. The Squadra warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials over extended time/use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall Squadra or any of its third party suppliers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law. If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law. In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of the State of California.
