We’ve built our reputation on quality, performance products, and we stand behind them. If you are not satisfied with the look, fit or feel of your Squadra product, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

If the product was purchased directly from Squadra, please contact Squadra Customer Service at customerservice@squadra.com. A Squadra Service Rep will happily provide you with return instructions for you to submit your product for warranty inspection. After receiving instructions from Squadra, please ship all warranty returns to:

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Squadra warrants its products to be free from material defects or workmanship issues for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.  This warranty is only valid for the original owner and does not extend to any third parties.  To start a warranty claim, please contact us at customerservice@squadra.com.  Original proof of purchase is required. 

 

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS are unique and/or made to order, all sales are FINAL. No refunds,  returns or exchanges will be processed outside of manufacturing defect. Please email customerservice@squadra.com for warranty items.

If you send in your warranty return without contacting Squadra Customer Service, we will be unable to process your warranty return request.  Exact product replacement depends on inventory availability.

IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED BY WARRANTY?
If your Squadra product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered products are covered under our warranty. The Squadra warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials over extended time/use. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall Squadra or any of its third party suppliers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law. If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law. In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of the State of California.
