TEAM ZOOT CODE OF CONDUCT

TEAM ZOOT Code of Conduct

Team Zoot is a family of like-minded athletes from around the world. Established in 2008, Team Zoot represents what being a triathlete is all about. Whether it’s toeing the line of your first race or getting that qualifying spot for Kona, you don’t need to be on the podium to be part of the team. Team Zoot is about Ohana. Everyone from beginner triathletes to seasoned Kona qualifiers, Zooters are a friendly bunch who train and race hard but also enjoy the journey. If you’re the kind of athletes who thanks volunteers on race day, smiles and even laughs when the going gets tough, then you got what it takes to be a part of the team.

TEAM ZOOT EXPECTATIONS

  1. Represent Zoot Sports, Team Zoot and Team Partners in a positive manner at all times. A Team Zoot Ambassador Athlete is not required to ride, wear, and use Team Partner products. We believe in the product and would encourage you to do so if possible.
  2.  Race in the Team Zoot Custom Racing Kit and wear Zoot/Partner product at the race.

  3. Lead by example and follow our Team Zoot Motto...”Team Zoot is a National Race Team that embodies triathlon as a lifestyle, promotes multi-sports in its’ respective communities, and Zoot Ambassador Athletes symbolize openness, determination and being their very best.”
  4. Promote Team Zoot and Team Partners on social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) through posts including information about Zoot or Team Partners. We may reach out to you periodically to test specific product or ask for social content. We will be sending out information throughout the year.
  5. Do not share discounts (either from Zoot or other team affiliated partners) offered specifically to Team Zoot Athletes with others.
  6. SHARE YOUR PASSION FOR TRIATHLON – Each member is expected to introduce the sport of triathlon someone. Bringafriendtoaraceorencouragesomeonetosignupfora triathlon. Our collective goal should be to spread and grow what triathlon is all about. Pass it on!
